This year’s theme is about branding excellence for healthcare environmental services, housekeeping professionals and other healthcare support services disciplines and focuses on the Institute for Medicine’s Six Aims for Improvement: Equity, Timeliness, Efficiency, Effectiveness, Patient Centeredness and Patient Safety.
