Pre-registration Deadline
On-line and fax conference pre-registration closes on September 6, 2008. All mail pre-registrations must be postmarked on or before August 22, 2008. Forms not received by August 22, 2008 will require onsite registration. ASHES cannot guarantee conference materials for late or onsite registrants. Register Early! NOTE: We are unable to offer deadline extensions due to new registration procedures.

Conference Learning Labs Registration
By registering now, your conference registration is confirmed. Early registrants will need to make session selections online in late Spring 2008. Please note: You will receive a conference registration confirmation letter within 10 business days after receipt of a paid registration. If you do not receive a confirmation for any reason, please contact ASHES at 312-422-3860.

Cancellations
All registration cancellations must be in writing and postmarked, e-mailed or faxed on or beforeAugust 22, 2008. Cancellations are subject to a $100 service fee. Due to costs of materials and production, refunds will not be issued for cancellation requests postmarked after August 22, 2008 or for no shows.
