Hotel Reservations: ASHES has contracted for rooms at a discounted group rate. ASHES assumes a financial risk by contracting with hotels for large blocks at discounted rates. If contracted room block is not met, ASHES is financially liable for penalties. Your help in making reservations at the ASHES preferred hotel is greatly appreciated.

The ASHES headquarters hotel is now accepting reservations. Here are instructions on how to make the reservations:

• Register for the Annual Conference. Make sure the email information is accurate as you will receive hotel information this way.
• Refer to the event registration confirmation email. Review the hotel information.
• To book your hotel room, visit the URL or call the phone number provided in the confirmation email. 

Please note that only registered attendees will receive the necessary information to book a hotel room (group code, discount, hotel link, phone number, etc.). There is also a limit on the amount of reservations per person. Multiple reservations will require different names and credit card numbers.

Alternative ASHES Conference Hotel Information
Alternative hotels are available for the 2009 ASHES Annual Conference and Healthcare Marketplace. If you were unable to reserve a hotel room at the Grand Sierra Resort during your stay in Reno, please contact one of the hotels provided below. ASHES does not have a contracted room rate with the Holiday Inn Express or Best Western Airport Plaza Hotel. The Best Western does offer a shuttle to the Grand Sierra Resort for $3.00 round trip.

The Grand Sierra Resort is the preferred hotel for the 2009 ASHES Annual Conference. ASHES has a contracted obligation with GSR. Your stay at the Grand Sierra Resort will help ASHES meet its obligation with the hotel.
