Advance Registration Deadline
Advance registration closes on September 4, 2009. All registrations must be postmarked on or before the published deadline date. Forms not received by September 4, 2009 will require onsite registration. To maintain reasonable registration rates, ASHES cannot guarantee conference materials for onsite registrants.

Confirmation
Please note you will receive a conference registration confirmation letter via e-mail within 10 business days after receipt of a paid registration. If you do not receive a
confirmation, please contact ASHES at 312-422-3860.

Conference Learning Labs Selections
By registering and paying now, your conference registration will be confirmed. Early registrants will need to make learning lab session selections online or when the conference brochure arrives in the spring of 2009.

Cancellation Policy

• An 80% refund will be given if request is received prior to the Early Bird registration deadline of April 24, 2009.
• A 70% refund will be given if request is received after April 24, 2009 but before July 1, 2009.
• No refunds for registrations after July 1, 2009.

There will be no refunds for cancellations received after July 1, 2009. No-shows are non-refundable.

To facilitate accurate meal function guarantees and good financial stewardship, we request that all cancellation requests regardless of refund status must be received by ASHES Headquarters in writing (fax or email) by Thursday September 17, 2009.

Program Cancellation: In the unlikely event of conference cancellation, ASHES will refund 100 percent of registration fees paid. ASHES assumes no liability for any penalty fees on airfare tickets, deposits for hotel accommodations or any other fees, charges, penalties, or other incidental costs that a registrant might incur as a consequence of cancellation.
