  • Early Bird Rate - Postmarked on or before April 23, 2010.
    $520 Member Rate, $665* Non-Member Rate
  • Regular Registration Rate -Postmarked on or before August 20, 2010.
    $595 Member Rate, $755* Non-Member Rate
  • Onsite Rate - Postmarked on or after August 21, 2010
    $695 Member Rate, $845* Non-Member Rate
  • VA+ & MEDCOMM Rate - Advance and onsite registration
    $520 VA and DOD Rate

*Non-member rate includes one-year ASHES membership
+VA Non-members - register as an ASHES Non-Member to receive a one year membership.
+VA Chiefs of Environmental Management are members by contract. Include member number on this registration.

Registration Confirmation
Within 10 business days of receiving a conference registration and payment ASHES will deliver a confirmation email. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact ASHES at 312-422-3860.

Advance Registration Deadline

  • September 10, 2010 - All mailed registrations must be postmarked on or before September 10, 2010. Forms received after this date will require onsite registration.
  • September 22, 2010 - All online or fax registrations must be received by 11:59 PM CT on September 22, 2010. Forms faxed or submitted online after this date will require onsite registration.

To maintain reasonable registration rates, ASHES cannot guarantee conference materials for onsite registrants. Take advantage of the discounted rates for early registration!

Due to cost of materials preparations, we are unable to offer deadline extensions.

Cancellations
A 70% refund will be given if request is received on or before July 1, 2010. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after July1, 2010. No-shows are non-refundable. Submit cancellation requests to:

Please note change of mailing address for ASHES and the AHA as of March 14, 2010. Update your records accordingly.

To facilitate accurate meal function guarantees and good financial stewardship, we request that all cancellation requests must be received in writing (fax or email) by Friday September 3, 2010 regardless of refund status.

Program Cancellation: In the unlikely event of conference cancellation, ASHES will refund 100 percent of registration fees paid. ASHES assumes no liability for any penalty fees on airfare tickets, deposits for hotel accommodations or any other fees, charges, penalties, or other incidental costs that a registrant might incur as a consequence of cancellation.

Substitutions: Registrants unable to attend may send an alternate with advanced notice. If the alternate is not an ASHES member, non-member rates will be required. In the event an alternate is attending, notify ASHES at 312-422-3860 by Sept. 3, 2010.
