ASHES Refunds Policy

Educational Programs/Conferences

Registration fees, less a 20% processing fee, are refundable if written notice is received no later than five (5) business days prior to the first day of the program.  Notices can be faxed to 312.422.4578. Refunds are processed within 45 days after the conclusion of the program. Please confirm ASHES receipt of cancellation by sending an email to ashes@aha.org.

Publications

All publications sold by ASHES are subjected to the practices and policies of the AHA On Line Store (www.ahaonlinestore.com). For more information about these policies visit their website.
