Free Infection Control Education for ASHES Members

Chicago, July 7, 2009 - The American Society for Healthcare Environmental Services (ASHES) of the American Hospital Association today announced the exclusive availability of four free webcasts to ASHES members.
 
The webcasts are copyrighted by the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC) and have been made available to the membership through an unrestricted  educational grant from The Clorox Company.
 
The four webinars are:
1. APIC C. Diff Prevalence Research Highlights (December 3, 2008)
2. The Latest From the CDC on C. Diff (December 10, 2008)
3. Elimination of Clostridium difficile Transmission in Healthcare Settings (February 18, 2009)
4. Challenging Microbes--Practice Guidance for Healthcare Environmental Cleaning (March 4, 2009)
 
Information on how to access these educational opportunities is posted in the members only section of the ASHES website at www.ashes.org. Members must register or sign in to the website and add their membership number before accessing this information.
